Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across Pakistan. Delivery is free on orders above Rs. 5,000. Orders of Rs. 5,000 or less carry a flat delivery fee of Rs. 150.
Processing and delivery times
- Orders are confirmed on WhatsApp, then dispatched within 1 to 2 working days.
- Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 working days, depending on your city.
- Remote areas may take a little longer. We will keep you updated.
Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery, EasyPaisa, JazzCash and Bank Transfer. For prepaid orders, please send your payment receipt on WhatsApp so we can confirm your order. Cash on Delivery orders need an advance payment of Rs. 500 via EasyPaisa or JazzCash to be confirmed; you pay the balance to the courier on delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your fabric. If something is not right, we will make it right.
Eligibility
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The fabric must be unwashed, uncut and in its original packaging.
- Damaged, defective or incorrect items are eligible for exchange or refund.
Please note
Slight colour differences can occur between a screen and the real fabric, so these are not treated as defects. Fabric that has been cut or stitched cannot be returned.
How to request a return
Message us on WhatsApp at +92 322 2332222 with your order details and a photo of the fabric. We will guide you through the next steps.

What we collect
When you place an order we ask for your name, phone number, delivery address and, optionally, your email address. Your cart is stored on your own device so it is still there when you return.
How we use it
- To confirm, prepare and deliver your order.
- To contact you about your order on WhatsApp, phone or email.
Sharing
We share your name, phone number and address only with the courier that delivers your order. We never sell your personal information.
